Richmond American Homes subsidiaries of M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. had been using a different content management solution for their design team’s tablets that wasn’t meeting its needs for a mobile video-friendly sales enablement solution. Design Consultants were having difficulty quickly accessing libraries of spec sheets and manufacturer videos when walking the gallery floor with customers. Furthermore, it was a very manual process to provide updated sales materials to the Design Consultants.
