Guided Adaptation and the Art of Using Work for Learning

Given that most organizations now operate in environments of almost constant change, employees’ knowledge and skills often need to adapt much faster than organizations can put together training. The latest High Impact Learning Organization research from Bersin by Deloitte indicates that to accommodate these conditions, mature organizations are figuring out how to use the work itself for learning.

In fact, the new research found that organizations that excel at Guided Adaptation, defined as “using work for learning and providing employees with data, knowledge, and guidance needed to continuously improve their performance,” are three times more likely to have high business results as well.

Join us for a discussion on August 29th that covers:

  • What the latest research says about using work for learning
  • How organizations can improve in Guided Adaptation
  • Ways organizations are leveraging technology and xAPI in order to use work for learning
